Orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Depending on the courier service of your country, deliveries can take longer. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. We use FedEx, Sky Net and J&T Express to deliver your orders!
Yes! All our fine jewelry pieces are instock, unless stated as backorders. They are packed immediately and shipped within 12 hours of your order. Our lovely staff is working around the clock to ensure your order gets to you fast!
Check your inbox immediately after keying in your email in our 15% Welcome Discount pop-up. Do also check your promotions and socials inbox, it may be there. Do note that the 15% discount ahs an expiry, feel free to talk to us below if you can't find your discount!

returns / refunds / repairs
Kindly note that returns or exchanges are NOT allowed in the circumstances outlined below:
- Change of mind
- Earrings due to hygiene purposes
- FINAL SALE items (i.e - Products priced at 30% discount and above)
- BACKORDERS (at time of purchase)
- Chain breakage or extreme damage by wearer.
All items purchased are not refundable.
In the event that you've received the wrong or defective item, kindly contact us below within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Note on gold-plated stud earrings: As gold is a naturally soft material, it occassionally can get slightly bent during transit. Rest assured that your jewels are not damaged - please gently push the studs back into its original spot to re-align the earring stud.
All return shipping fees will be born by the customer. Please note that all returns will also incur a 25% restocking fee.

Return Policy for Jewelry - In Store Credit
At MOKMOK Jewelry, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every jewelry purchase. Please review our return policy below, specifically detailing our process for providing in-store credit.
Return Period:
You may return your jewelry within 14 from the date of receiving your package.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original jewelry boxes and packaging undamaged (without MOKMOK Jewelry's polymailer is fine).
Please note that all returns will also incur a 25% restocking fee.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team via the form below to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return instructions, including any necessary packaging and shipping details.
- Pack the jewelry securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is well-protected during transit.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and In-Store Credit:
Once we receive your returned jewelry and confirm its eligibility, we will issue an in-store credit for the original purchase amount. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
Exclusions:
Customized or personalized jewelry may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide instructions for returning the item.
Expiration of In-Store Credit:
In-store credit issued as part of a return is valid for 30 days, from the date of issue.
